DVD Cache updated their software to include a web publishing feature. It\’s not perfect yet but it\’s rocking out pretty hard for not even being a 1.0 release.

I seem to have stuck myself with drawing something weekly for the forum art threads. Here\’s today\’s.

Mars is going to be the closest it\’s been in fifty or sixty thousand years on the 27th of august.. So be sure to head outside sometime this week and look up at the night sky in the south east. Brightest thing in the sky (next to the moon) you Can\’t miss it.

I bet you didn\’t know I\’m a pirate? I\’m a rotten pirate though. This is my jolly roger. For some reason an Intuos2 tablet and it\’s respective styli just doesn\’t strike the fear in the hearts of men like your classical Skull and crossbones. I\’ve got a great pirate name though. \”Green Dean\”…. not sounding pirate-y enough for you? Screw you. Calico Jack was famous exclusively because of his pants wasn\’t he? Why can\’t I be? Bah… everyone\’s a pirate critic.

I\’ve got the whole pirating technique down to a science. (Even if my flag needs a bit of a re-design.) Thanks to the added mobility of wireless internet and a laptop I\’m very maneuverable. I hop in my wheeled desk chair and kinda inch my way up next to people at their computer desk. They don\’t suspect a thing. I just look like I\’m minding my own business on my laptop. Any surprise at my appearance is swiftly diffused when they see I\’m far too engrossed in my work to be pirating their crap. Then as they\’re acclimated to me and lulled into a false sense of security WHAMMO I tear their keyboard out from under their hands and Bash them in the face with it and then flog them with their mouse until they surrender their computer gear to me.

True Story.
